Used it for a long time

I bought mine back in 2020 and don’t regret it at all. In fact, I had to work in the office this week and noticed that regular chairs give me upper and lower back pain as they did in the past… where as, using the Capisco relieves those issues for me. I was trying so hard to love this chair but at the end of the day it was not the right fit. I still kept the chair. I'm writing this review to say thank you to the Customer support and even if they offered a free return i decided to keep the chair because it looks awesome!
