Shipping policy

Shipping is free to the contiguous 48 United States. 

Our Products are made to order and usually ship in 8-12 Business Days. All Chairs are made to order and in some cases it can take a few days longer. We will email or call you in case of any delays.

When your order leaves the factory, you will receive the tracking information (FedEx or UPS) at the email address associated with your order. 

The HAG Capisco Chair is made to order at the HAG Factory in Los Angeles and is usually ready to ship in 8-15 Business Days. A signature for delivery is not required.
