Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not provide a return shipping label.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dansonchairs.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not return the Chair to the Factory or Address is was shipped from since the Factory does not accept returns.
The buyer is responsible for the Return Shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right or send you a replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty
All products come with a 10 Year Warranty on all structural and mechanical components. Fabric and foam are warranted against wear through and deterioration for 3 years, if the product was used for the intended purpose. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately but not later than 5 days after delivery and we´ll send a replacement part or help with the return/exchange. If you have any issues with your ordered products, that fall under our warranty, we will organize replacement parts, repairs or a complete replacement.
